📝 Detailed Role - What I Understood From Official Circular

A) Tender Management Work - Important Part:

Selected candidate needs to monitor tender portals and newspapers daily to find opportunities from SQU, Tender Board, MOH, Royal Hospital, SQCC, MOAF, MOE. Coordinate with Ph. Mohamed Badr for weekly visit to SQUH to review new tenders. Send participation inquiry to Roche and other principals for approval. Obtain quotation, technical data, supporting documents from suppliers. Analyze historical tender data and pricing trends to build winning strategy. Develop competitive pricing with principals. Prepare technical and commercial bid proposal with 100% accuracy. Compile and submit complete tender documents within deadline. Ensure compliance with tender specification and submission rules. Prepare customized quotations for private clients. Verify pricing and delivery commitment before submission. Process Bid Bond and Performance Bond application through bank and finance. Coordinate with Finance team for costing and clarifications. Support post-award execution.

B) Import Order Management Work:

Review and process LPO received from government customers. Generate sales order in ERP system and make accurate delivery schedule. Maintain separate Excel delivery schedule for parallel tracking and management reporting. Maintain month-wise order follow-up and reminder system. Manage government and private orders with principals efficiently. Track project timeline and delivery milestones regularly. Maintain accurate project and order records in ERP and manual files. Coordinate shipments with principals and freight forwarders. Oversee order fulfillment from placement until receipt at Qurum warehouse. Handle tender and logistics correspondence professionally with principals and customers. Coordinate government delivery planning with NP Stores team. Ensure timely deliveries and compliance with contractual obligations and MOH regulations. Minimize supply chain delays through proactive planning. Ensure compliance with Oman import regulations. Supervise overall tender and import operations and mentor junior staff.
